Dive into the new Mars Hill topics with Coach Marc Davis!
This week-long intensive will be a deep dive into all 27 new Mars Hill topics for the 23-24 season. We will begin by discussing different approaches to art criticism to set a solid foundation for the topic discussions. Mars Hill has incredible potential as a speech category, but can easily become shallow if people fall to the temptation to see the topics as nothing more than simple content rather than creative expressions. Most Mars Hill topics are works of art and should be analyzed as such. Students should do their best to watch/listen to/read the topics ahead of time.
$200 per student. 3 hour online classes from 3:00-6:00pm ET every day from 8/28-9/1.
