I just returned from Biola where I was coaching the Patrick Henry College debate team at Christian nationals (NCCFI). About 28 schools were there. Pt. Loma won varsity parli debate, St. Mary’s won junior division parli debate (5-4 in finals vs. Alan Carrillo and Gregory Escobar from PHC), and PHC’s David Kurashige won the national championship in LD Policy (NFA resolution).
