I told the debaters in my club at Vector to sign up for something using an RSS feed. Question begged: what’s an RSS feed? If you already use one, skip this post.
If you want a really easy way to keep track of blogs, news alerts, twitter, someone’s youtube account, the WSJ, or pretty much ANY website that changes its content, then you should follow the steps in this video to setup Feedly.
The video looks long, but the first two or three minutes show the basic features (enough for you to figure out the rest). I tour some special things like how to setup a google news alert or craiglist item watch in the latter half–go ahead and bail at any point and just start trying out Feedly.
